Hi/Lo Aerobics—Combination of high impact and lo impact floor aerobics plus balance and toning.

Super Step/Step Pump—Repetitious & Fun BUTT BURNING movements with challenge.  

Mat Pilate—ab core work/total stretching w/Toning/Great way to start a Sunday!

Belly Dancing Lessons-Mid East dance steps combined w/gentle stretches and moving.

Calisthenics: Increase agility, stamina & strength.  Non-Impact.  Any level.

        Spinning—Reebok aerobic cycling bikes…. bring yourself to another dimension!!

Fencing—Former Olympic Champion—Youth or Adult with Emeric--

Hatha/Kundalini Yoga-relax, breath, stretch, unite and be flexible with energy & PEACE
